Musical Food and Beer Pairing Dinner

New York Beer Project, in conjunction with Buffalo Beer/Music Week, proudly present a Spectacular 4 Course Musical Food and Beer Pairing Dinner prepared and served in the NYBP indoor Biergarten. NYBP Executive Chef Jesse Billinghurst has prepared an amazing four course menu and NYBP Head Brewer Jason Crossett has chosen the perfect New York Beer Project beers to pair with these four innovative dishes. Chef Jesse, and Brew Master Jason will be personally be presenting the courses and creating a dialogue about the food and beer and the ways they complement / contrast each other, as well as adding some insight, and education with each course.

Registration begins at 6:30pm with your Complimentary Welcome Beer, the dining experience begins promptly at 7pm!

Course One - Classical:

Prosciutto & Balsamic Bruschetta, a Classical spin on this classic appetizer

Beer Pairing: Cosmo Wit - A Classy Belgian


Course Two - Jazz:

New York Strip Steak & Shrimp, seasoned with lime and sea salt, Gorgonzola cheese, dried cherries, roaster pancetta, Fried Onion strings, over a bed of spinach, tossed in a warm bacon vinaigrette.

Beer Pairing: Tequila Gose, seasoned with roasted lime sea salt


Course Three - 80's Jam Throwback:

Herb encrusted Choice Pork Prime Rib with plum vanilla chutney served with beer braised carrots and potatoes

Beer Pairing:  Plum Vanilla Saison


Course Four - Music from artists with Food Names, Spice Girls, Black Eyes Peas, Smashing Pumpkins, etc:

New York Pumpkin Porter Cheesecake on a gram cracker crust served with Perry's Pumpkin Pie ice cream

Beer Pairing:  Pumpkin Pie Porter


The cost of $55 includes a complimentary pint of any of our NYBP beers upon arrival, and tax.
