New York Beer Project, Western New York’s NEWEST DESTINATION BREWERY is looking for a high-energy individual to motivate and lead our passionate and energetic family of kitchen employees. This is a newly created position to help with our growing volume of food output. You will work alongside our executive chef, to continue the creative menu development and execution of the unique Beer Project menu. Responsibilities include management and training of kitchen staff, organization and assistance with inventory ordering and control, management of kitchen safety and health standards and general oversight of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Salary is $50,000/year plus benefits. Oh, and did we mention we have BEER!
