Celebrate the spirit of Aloha with a festive Hawaiian Luau Beer Pairing Dinner on our Beautiful Rooftop Terrace! Four delicious Island inspired courses, paired with 5 amazing fresh Craft beers combined into an amazing evening of fun!
Oahu Course One:
Aloha Pineapple Tuna Poke – Fresh Yellow Fin Tuna mixed with diced mango, fresh pineapple, chilis, Hawaiian spices, avocado, and fluffy jasmine Rice, served in a pineapple bowl.
Beer Pairing: NYBP / Perry’s Lemon Chillo Shandy
Tokelau Course Two:
Huli Huli Chicken – Dry rubbed chicken breasts, grilled and topped with huli huli sauce and grilled pineapple. Accompanied by Hawaiian Island potato and macaroni salad.
Beer Pairing: NYBP Mexican Lager
Polynesian Course Three
Island keali’i Pig – Pork prime rib marinated in aloha shoyu sauce, sesame oil, Hawaiian salt, and fresh cracked black pepper smoked, sliced, and grilled to perfection. Served with Island baked beans and fresh baked Hawaiian bread.

Fiji Course Four:
Butter Mochi Sundae - House made Traditional Hawaiian cake, topped with vanilla bean ice cream, hot fudge, sesame caramel sauces, sliced bananas, and fresh whipped cream.
