NYBP Exotic Game and Beer Pairing Evening

New York Beer Project proudly presents a Spectacular 4 Course Exotic Game and Beer Pairing Evening! NYBP Executive Chef Jesse Billinghurst has prepared an amazing four course menu and NYBP Head Brewer Jason Crossett has chosen the perfect New York Beer Project beers to pair with these four innovative dishes. Chef Jesse and Brew Master Jason will be personally be presenting the courses and creating a dialogue about the food and beer and the ways they complement / contrast each other, as well as adding some insight and education with each course. Our beer pairing dinners historically sell out, so don't miss then chance to get tickets for this four course culinary journey!
Registration begins at 6:30pm with your Complimentary Welcome Beer, your dining experience begins promptly at 7pm.
Course One - Exotic:
Bison Tartare, bison tenderloin served rare on crisp baked crostini, topped with Destination IPA pickled jalapeños, whole grain mustard, tarragon, and an EVOO drizzle

Course Two - Ageless:
Roasted Pheasant, served with our NYBP Maids a Milkstout Demi glacé, alongside ancient grains and fresh carrots

Course Three - Wild:
Pan Seared Elk Steak, seared with the trinity of garlic, thyme, and shallots, with the accompaniments of apple fennel celery slaw and house roasted parsnip purée
Beer Pairing: Zombie Apricot Farmhouse Ale
Course Four - Entertaining:
Beer Project Grasshopper Pie, fluffy peppermint marshmallow filling in a delicious house baked chocolate crust, served with a real chocolate covered grasshopper!
Beer Pairing: White Christmas Belgian Blonde Ale
