Join us at New York Beer Project for the Ultimate Romantic Food and Beer Pairing Evening! This very special gourmet feast highlights the talents of NYBP Executive Chef Jesse Billinghurst and NYBP Head Brewer Jason Crossett as we celebrate our love of gourmet food and fine fresh Craft. The perfect decadent culinary pairing of a 6 oz. fillet mignon, topped with our Chef-made béarnaise sauce, and a 4oz. Maine Lobster tail brushed with clarified melted butter. A delicious potato gratin soufflé, and roasted asparagus perfectly finish this exquisite dish.

Decadent Course Four: Red Velvet Molten Lava Cake
The ultimate finish to this amazing gourmet pairing evening, enjoy a rich, red cake, filled with a molten fudge center, and drizzled with a delectable chocolate sauce.

The cost of $70 per person, or the special price of $130 per couple, includes a complimentary pint of any of our NYBP beers upon arrival, and a sit down dinner complete with four gourmet food courses, four 10 oz. beer pairings and tax. Price does not include server gratuity.
