Shipping and Delivery
Currently, we are running a will call service for tour ticketing. After purchasing tickets for a brewery tour, a receipt including an order number will be emailed to you. Please print this email or give the order number to the host upon your arrival to NY Beer Project. The host team will give you your tickets according to your order.
At this time, we do not have print at home ticketing and do not offer the option to mail or ship tickets.
Returns and Refunds We want you to be happy.
Brewery Tour Tickets:
If you need to reschedule your tour to a different date, we understand. Things come up. We are happy to reschedule your tour, as long as we have 24 hours notice. Please use the form below to email us or call us at 1-716-743-6927.
If you are unable to attend your tour and cannot reschedule, we can issue a refund. Please note that each request for a refund accepted either online, the phone, and in person will be reviewed by one of our management team members. Refunds will be processed directly to the original payment account. Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to process.
Please be assured we will do everything possible in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In any event; however, the resort shall not be responsible for any failure to perform, which is attributed to federal, state, or municipal actions or regulations, fires, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, blizzards, war, power outages, acts of God, or any other act that is out of control of the resort. If we cannot accommodate your tour, we can issue you a refund or reschedule your tour.
