This newest, and largest NYBP in Orchard Park will be known as The New York Beer Project Beer Lodge – aka – NYBP OP – aka - The Beer Lodge, because what could possibly be more fun than a cozy lodge where you drink beer? Our savory NYC-themed dishes, paired with flights or pints of our award winning delicious cold beer, taste even better when being enjoyed with friends in this cozy, inviting atmosphere.

The NYBP Brewery and Koelschip

 Our biggest production brewery - NYBP OP - will have its own unique theme that is completely different from the three existing breweries. We’ll obviously be featuring a lot of the award winning beers that we serve at all the Beer Lodge's sister properties, but we are beyond stoked that NYBP OP will have something completely unique to Western New York - the NYBP Koelschip that will help our Head Brewer produce spontaneously fermented beers like lambics and wild ales, found only in select North American Breweries, and in Beer-centric cities in Europe.

Watch Head Brew Master John Hyman in action as he creates the delicious liquids you are can enjoy throughout the building. Our Tap Tenders will be your Craft tour guides as they lead you through our impressive New York Beer Project portfolio of fresh Craft lagers, ales, seasonals, sours, and seltzers that rotate on a daily basis. On game day (with a cold brew in hand), become besties with our impressive video wall where you can watch the big game in all its splendor.

The NYBP Floor Two

Impress your guests as you hold your fabulous private event in one of our four Signature Celebration event spaces.  Choose from the luxurious New York Botanical Garden room, the stunning Barn on the Hudson Room, the cozy yet impressive Twelve Club, or the majestic Four Seasons Ballroom.  From weddings to parties of every kind – holiday celebrations, Craft beer festivals, Dueling Pianos to NYBP’s famous Silent Discos – the NYBP Floor Two is the premier place to hold your private event, or attend one of ours!
